Information we collect

Authentic Intimacy does not collect personally identifiable information on authenticintimacy.com or sexual discipleship.com unless you voluntarily provide such information about yourself via signing up for an account, subscribing to an email list, sending an electronic mail message, or filling out one of our online forms. On our websites, you may sign up to be a member, purchase products, register for events, subscribe to one of our services such as our online newsletter, comment, and participate in online groups. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected at these pages include: name, age, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card information, and information about your interests. 

We may passively collect certain kinds of non-personally identifiable information that reveal the frequency with which you visit either of these sites, the times and dates of your visits, the pages you reviewed, your purchase/payment history, products/services that you view, persons with whom you interact, and other information (collectively, “Passive Information”). Information about payments

If you use our website for purchases or financial transactions (like when you buy something, register for an event, make a donation, or any financial transaction), we collect information about the purchase or transaction. Authentic Intimacy does not store credit card or financial data for transactions. All transactions on our website are managed through third-party payment processors. 

When you engage in an on-line payment transaction, we will facilitate the transfer of your name, address, credit card details, and purchase amount as necessary for the third party to provide that service. Credit card information is collected by our PCI-compliant third-party payment processors (via web-portals they maintain and control) and are transmitted over a secure encrypted connection and stored in a datacenter until the transaction is completed, at which point it is removed unless you have requested to store your credit card details securely with the credit card processor for future transactions. To the extent your personal information is transmitted to the previously referenced third-party service providers, each of their own privacy policies and data security policies will also apply to such Personal Information.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and credit card information.

How the information you provide is used

We may use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your requests for our products, programs, and services, to respond to your inquiries about our offerings, and to offer you other products, programs or services that we believe may be of interest to you. Accordingly, we can make no representation concerning the quality, safety, or suitability of the content of any sites outside our control. This privacy policy applies only to information collected by or obtainable through this website.

Managing or deleting information about yourself

You have a right to correct, amend, or delete any personal information that Authentic Intimacy has collected through your requests as described above. You may also change the status of whether you wish to receive Authentic Intimacy communications, notifications, or newsletters. If at any time you wish to exercise these rights, contact Authentic Intimacy at info@authenticintimacy.com.

If you created a paid or free account on the website, you can delete it at any time. Keep in mind that information that others have shared about you is not part of your account and will not be deleted when you delete your account. Content you share within a community becomes property of that community according to the terms and conditions set by each community you elect to become a member of. Each of your communities may download and/or use your content (provided by you in that community) at their discretion (as noted in their terms of use). 

Modification to this Privacy Policy

Authentic Intimacy reserves the right to make changes to these terms (or other terms referenced in or incorporated by this Policy) at any time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this page. Any such changes will become effective as of the date of the posted changes.
