Get to Know Maggie

Hello, my name is Maggie. I’ll be leading God, Sex, and Your Marriage for women this season. I have been married to my husband, John, for 29 years and we have two adult sons. I am passionate about the ministry of Authentic Intimacy because it tackles the difficult questions surrounding sexuality with courageous honesty and from God’s perspective. Authentic Intimacy is helping men and women navigate areas of life that have often been met with silence. Understanding God’s heart and His word about our sexuality changes us, our marriages, our families and the culture – bringing truth, hope, healing, restoration and freedom to live more abundantly! This is the fruit and joy I’ve experienced and witnessed in many lives as I’ve led multiple seasons of OBS groups. I am grateful for the privilege of being involved with Authentic Intimacy and I’m excited about all God continues to have in store for us on this journey!

Maggis is a great leader. I love so much about our group, but here are a few of the highlights: Biblical based discussion; sharing between other women; open dialogue; support of Christian ladies; and knowing that I am not alone in my desires and feelings.

Maggie does an amazing job. She shares her personal stories and experiences and encourages dialogue in the group. This study has surpassed my expectations. Thank you so much!!
