Meet Ian Shire

Ian Shire is the AI Leader Program Manager and is on the front lines of serving our leader community. He has a passion for encouraging men and women toward Christlike sexual integrity. Ian joined the ministry of Authentic Intimacy in 2023 with the role of training and supporting pastors and leaders to engage their ministries with a biblical approach to sexuality.

In his service as a pastor, Ian has overseen and developed several ministries including discipleship and care ministries. Ian received a BA of English at Baldwin Wallace University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Biblical Counseling at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He married his wife, Renae, in 2005 and together enjoy raising their three children in Cleveland, Ohio.
