How do I get my church connected to Authentic Intimacy’s resources?
Authentic Intimacy has a training platform specifically for leaders called Sexual Discipleship. We encourage you to share this link with them: https://sexualdiscipleship.com

You may also consider leading a small group at your church to help connect others to our resources. We have several studies with video lessons that are available for group purchase. You can view that curriculum in our online store.

Do you offer counseling, or can you refer me to a Christian counselor?
We believe Christian counseling is a powerful tool that God can use to help individuals and couples work through difficult times and find healing from past wounds. It’s hard work, but so worth the effort! While we don’t offer counseling or make referrals to specific counselors, please check out Focus on the Family and their network of Christian counselors. This is a great resource to help you find a counselor in your area.

Will Juli endorse my book or ministry?
Juli is not able to fulfill requests for book reviews or endorsements at this time. Thank you for the work you are doing, and we wish you the best!

Online Store

Do you offer bulk discounts on books?
If you are interested in purchasing 10 or more copies of a book we currently sell in our online store, we may be able to purchase those for you at a discounted price through our publisher. Please contact us if you would like more information.
Can I share curriculum video links with members in my small group?

While most small group leaders share the curriculum videos during the meeting time, we do make allowances for sending the video links to your small group to watch ahead of time. This applies to groups with less than 20 people. For larger groups, please contact us about obtaining a corporate license. Please review our End-User License Agreement for further details.

I changed my mind on my purchase! Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
If you purchased a product through our online store, you can read our refund policy here.
How do I access my digital products?
If you purchased a digital product through our online store, you will have received an email confirmation with a link to access your digital product. When you first access your digital product, we recommend you bookmark that page to easily find it again in the future.
Do you ship internationally?
While we can occasionally make exceptions to shipping outside of the U.S., the high cost of shipping makes it uneconomical. Contact us if you’d like to inquire about shipping internationally.

If you live outside of the U.S. and are interested in registering for an Online Book Study, please contact us for a discount code so that you can purchase your book locally.

How do I request Juli to speak at an event?

Is there a way to contact Juli directly?
Juli is not able to respond to individual requests or messages due to the large number of people who desire to talk with her one on one.

Because Juli does value meetings with others and investing in leaders, we do offer “Office Hours with Juli” through our Sexual DiscipleshipⓇ membership. This is an opportunity for members to ask Juli questions and discuss issues around sexuality.

Online Book Studies

I can no longer participate in an Online Book Study that I signed up for. Can I get a refund?
Online Book Study sales are final and are not refundable. We encourage you to consider your schedule and availability before registering, as spots are limited.
Is there an age requirement for participating in an Online Book Study?
Due to the nature of the topic and the open sharing that is encouraged in our groups, participants must be 18 or older to join an Online Book Study.
How do I sign up for an Online Book Study?
We offer Online Book Studies three times a year. Find more information about the groups we offer here. If you want to be the first to know when new groups open, be sure to sign up for our book study interest list found on the same page.

What is the difference between Authentic Intimacy and Sexual Discipleship memberships?

Sexual Discipleship® is a ministry of Authentic Intimacy. Authentic Intimacy was established in 2012 to provide biblically-based, practical resources to help women and couples walk toward sexual integrity and intimacy with God. Sexual Discipleship® was established to provide training and resources to help Christian leaders who want to disciple others in understanding God’s heart for sexuality, what it means to walk with personal sexual integrity, and how to integrate our sexuality with the Great Commission.

What if I join and decide it's not for me?

You may join by paying month to month to see if the membership is something you can benefit from. You may cancel your membership anytime through your member dashboard using the steps below. 

1. Login and navigate to “Your Account” in the dropdown menu under AI Members or SD Member
2. Go to Subscriptions under Membership
3. Click on the three dots to the far right of the subscription row
4. Choose to cancel subscription
What if I can’t login to my account?
If you can’t log into your account, please clear your browser cache. If that doesn’t work you can reset your password and try again.

What kind of "exclusive content" do I receive as a member?
As a paying member of Authentic Intimacy, you receive access to our entire archive of Java with Juli episodes, our library of digital products (such as webinars and Java Packs), a live monthly Java discussion with Juli, discounts on our online book study groups and events, and more! How do I update my payment information?
1. Login and navigate to “Your Account” in the dropdown menu under AI Members or SD Members
2. Go to Subscriptions under Membership
3. Click on the three dots to the far right of the subscription row
4. Choose to update and then add new payment information
Who do I contact if I have a questionable Authentic Intimacy charge or have mistakenly registered for something?
